Plan 9 Alehouse

I have always considered myself a very fortunate woman. Not only do I get to work with amazing people who enjoy doing what they do. But many times I actually get to enjoy their passions. This is the case of Aaron Calles, proud owner of Plan Nine Alehouse, a restaurant located in the heart of downtown Escondido, California. What I look for in people is passion and to see that they actually care and believe in what they do for a living. I had the greatest opportunity to enjoy a fantastic meal at Plan Nine Alehouse and it was hard not to lick my fingers. The food had amazing flavor and it was melting in my mouth. To be honest, I wanted to try more items on the menu. It was difficult to order only two items.

The great food was accompanied with an extraordinary conversation with Aaron about food and beer. Aaron explained his passion and experience for over ten years of beer making. He is constantly creating new beer flavors, finding that special one just for you! Without a doubt, what sets them apart from other restaurants is Taking Intention and Thrive. One of the other things I was astonished to hear was the fact that they support and make many contributions to several different nonprofit organizations, such as ABC. They have made an absolute impact on the community by rising money for many of these organizations. Plan Nine Alehouse is not a bar, it is a family restaurant. If you visit Plan Nine Alehouse, bring your kids. They will have a blast on the “Just for kids” assigned area, where your kids can play while you enjoy your meal.

If you enjoy beer and good food, I am absolutely sure they have your preferred flavor I give it five stars plus. This restaurant is so unique and special that I guess you can say that Plan Nine Alehouse is a place from outer space.
